Perfectil - Skin, Hair and Nails. Reviews?

Hey everyone!

I was just wondering if any of you have tried the Perfectil vitamin supplements for’ healthier looking skin, hair and nails’?

I’m losing a lot of hair at the minute, I’ve been told to take vitamins but there are so many to choose from I’m a tad confused!

Has anyone taken Perfectil? Any good?

Any other supplements you would recommend?

I've heard Biotin (a form of Vit B) is good for the hair but, I'm not sure what dosage is required to help with hair loss.

I'm losing a lot of hair as well...it's really annoying :(

I started using perfectil plus a week ago. I used it for a month last year and my nails became SUPER strong. i have high hopes for the product. will keep you posted!!

perfectil is good for skin and nails. but for hair effects r veryyyyyyyyyyyy slow. i hv taken this for 6 months. but can't get require result from this product.
if u wanna take for hair loss. i hv tried FASTIN . and it show the result in 15 days. it is good one. still i hv tried many. and yah it can get from specific stores. but i am sure when u will try this u will definitely get the result.

Tesco's does a cheaper version of them (their own brand).

abut which one u r talking abut. but i tellu both hv no side effect. either pectile or fastin. both r supplement and no side effect.
but fastin hv little bit high potency. but i am sure will not harm. if ur stomach is not much upset or sensitive.

It didn't suit me at all...Neither my Skin and Nails nor my hair!...

I took them regularly for about 6 months before my wedding. I'm not sure if they helped, because I have strong nails anyway. It was mainly for the hair fall, which did sort itself out after the wedding but I think that's more to do with the elimination of all the stress.

Eating nuts, which are a good source of protein will really help your hair. You can just eat some almonds twice a day. I think that really helped me regain my hair.

KP try some seven seas syrup. It doesn't have the best taste but there's no harm in trying it for a month or two.

I wouldn't recommend Biotin... made me break out pretty badly (a couple of days after use).

Biotin made me break out for about a week or so until i got used to it...and now its all good...and i didn't like perfectil at all didn't help me one bit.
