It could very well be that they both are attracted to one another and wanted to get married.
It's also possible that...
1) The picture is that of a fake wedding
2) The woman's picture has been deliberately distorted
3) What brings them together are other interests (wealth, family, etc)

TLK fat women, they have lots of cheeks and fat on their face. Their ears recede to the back of the head. Like I said even if this is photoshopped, my purpose was just to illustrate the thread.

it could be an arranged marriage where the girl's side is filthy rich. yes big surprise people are attracted to money definitely
it might actually be a love marriage, i've seen a marriage where a man was born with no arms and no legs and he's a very famous motivational speaker. i'll find his video on youtube, he's a total inspiration to me, he's happily married to a woman that loves him very much. so if such marriages exist then the one in the pic you posted can also very well happen as a result of "love"
