No wonder everything is a slump there. Teens here start working at age 16 - just to bring in experience even if it’s not for the money…people there use the school excuse or just chill at home sleepin all day.
We need to help them in this issue cause it’s our way out of a future that has no future.

people here often work cuz they have to..and back in pak..it's seen as a bad thing to work so early..it's not like they're lazy or anything but it's not common for people to work at such an early age

They watch whole day tv, ...and because of not doing anything by themself, they get Fatter and fatter .. their naukars do everything, but they feel the pain in their body and they are the one who get tired.. by doing nothing .. strange na?

What do u know about Pakistan? The teens u r talking about are the spoiled brats of upper class. The rest are up early in the morning working in carpet factories, restaurants, hotels, taxi and rikshaw stands, agricultural fields, textile factories, domestic labor you name it. EVERYONE BECOMES A GENIOUS ON PAKISTAN ISSUES WHEN THEY LEAVE PAKISTAN.

I gotta agree, to some degree, with the thread starter on this topic. The problem is that there is no extra-curicular activity in Pakistan and studying for exams/tests becomes your full-time job as early as Grade 6. It would be kinda hard to balance out such excessive amount of studying with a job.

What do I know?
I know the hard working group of people who do it for survival but my country is the country where I wouldln't feel comfortable walking around w/ a cell phone or even a nice watch cause your next door pakistani neighbour would snatch it from you. Atleast here they don't cut off hands, legs, arms and what not and have young teens sitting on side roads begging cause it's there business. The brats you're talking about here are a lot better then the shareef kids up there buddy. Not only do they scam people there but money is meant to be everything there. You can't even call the police let alone go the hosptital without bribing. People kill each other for the dumbest things, you can't ever start a legit business and expect to do good without some sort of wrong doing. Islam is a joke, tribes are killing tribes day and night, no government to work with, people go to work and sign in and go back home, should I keep going on?

Studying what?!? How to grow up and loot people and become master scammers. I love my country and all but I’m speaking the truth when I say that more and more people in Pakistan are going the opposite direction - I’d say worse then the western civilzation.

I* agree with most of the stuff you wrote. My comments were on the issue of young teens sleeping and i told u thats not the case for the majority of them.*

I dunno what to say.. but whenever i m in pakistan.. i c most members of my family doing nothing ... cousins not studying..awara gardi.. and we are used to here to do everything by ourself...even its picking a glas of water..thats why its strange for us 2 see the pakistani ppl doing almost nothing then watching tv and shopping ..

yeah thats true, and when they come abroad, like canada or america, they hate the rules and everything of there, cause theyre not used to doing everything themself, and start complaining ke Humare pakistan mein naukar hain, yahan par kuch nahin... the real thing is just they are too lazy,instead of saying that theyre not used to do so much by themself, they blame the countrys where they go..
