Well, according to Imam Ghazali RA all Muslims must say “Rehmatullah Alayhi” after his name because its not clear whether he really killed Husain RA or not. And may be he repented.

Another thing I’ve never understood. Yazid killed Hussain (as) and Abu Lulua killed Umar. Yazid may have repented.. Well couldn’t Abu Lulua have repented to? Why is it that Yazid could be in heaven and Abu Lulua is in hell? Is it that you like Umar more than Imam Hussain (as)? Hmm..

We Muslims don't believe in infallible humans actually.
Adam AS ate forbidden fruit. He was a Prophet and father of all humans. How about Non-Prophets including Sahabas RA?
Adam AS erred and Satan also committed mistake.
What's the difference?
Adam AS repented and did not repeat his mistake.
Satan did not repent for a while but stuck to the wrong doing.
This is the difference which we should keep in our mind.
Have you read that post? Yazeed DID NOT kill Husain RA. It was people of Iraq. While Yazeed was in Syria (Shaam).

Narrated Ibn Abi Nu’m: A person asked 'Abdullah bin 'Umar whether a Muslim could kill flies. I heard him saying (in reply). “The people of Iraq are asking about the killing of flies while they themselves murdered the son of the daughter of Allah’s Apostle . The Prophet said, They (i.e. Hasan and Husain) are my two sweet basils in this world.” (Book #57, Hadith #96)

stop caring what i believe..just listen to the prophet(s) and yes bibi Aisha violated the law..fought Ali..fought the Ahle Bait and btw the holy Prophet(s) clearly urged the muslims to stay away from Ahle Bayt and respect them. do we see that? at least i fail to. bibi Aisha committed a grave mistake

Both Aisha RA and Ali RA had disagreement. But after some conversation, Aisha RA agreed with Ali RA.
It were Khuwarij who shot arrows from both sides so the people thought that the other party has started the battle.
That battle caused lives of so many Sahabas RA. Who enjoyed this event? Definitely the Khuwarijs.

Ibn Kathir in Al Bidayah Volume 8 page 222 stated:
‘Muslim was ordered to ransack Medina for three days. Yazeed committed a major sin. Sahaba
and their children were slaughtered openly; other heinous acts were also perpetuated. We have already mentioned that he had Ibn Ziyad kill the grandson of Rasulullah (s) Husayn and his companions. In those three days in Madina, it is difficult to mention the type of acts that were carried out. By doing this act Yazeed wanted to secure his governance, in the same way Allah (swt) broke the neck of every Pharoah, the true King (swt) also broke the neck of Yazeed.’

Well, in all Sunni school of thoughts, Sahih Bukhari is most acknowledged. I read that quote and could not help myself from accepting it.

Al Bukhari Volume 8, Book 76, Number 585:
Narrated Abu Hazim from Sahl bin Sa'd:
The Prophet said, "I am your predecessor (forerunner) at the Lake-Fount, and whoever will pass by there, he will drink from it and whoever will drink from it, he will never be thirsty. There will come to me some people whom I will recognize, and they will recognize me, but a barrier will be placed between me and them." Abu Hazim added: An-Nu'man bin Abi 'Aiyash, on hearing me, said. "Did you hear this from Sahl?" I said, "Yes." He said, " I bear witness that I heard Abu Said Al-Khudri saying the same, adding that the Prophet said: 'I will say: They are of me (i.e. my followers). It will be said, 'You do not know what they innovated (new things) in the religion after you left'. I will say, 'Far removed, far removed (from mercy), those who changed (their religion) after me." Abu Huraira narrated that the Prophet said, "On the Day of Resurrection a group of companions will come to me, but will be driven away from the Lake-Fount, and I will say, 'O Lord (those are) my companions!' It will be said, 'You have no knowledge as to what they innovated after you left; they turned apostate as renegades (reverted from Islam)."
