What a useless episode.. as much as this was a needless distraction, he should not have been called back for this reason. (mind you, there have been enough reasons prior to that). They should have resolved it internally.

Pakistan have lost both their matches in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, currently being played in Australia and New Zealand. The 1992 champions lost their opening match to arch-rivals India before going down to West Indies.

Lahore High Court (LHC) Monday admitted a petition against the poor performance of the Pakistani team during the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup](http://sports.ndtv.com/icc-cricket-world-cup-2015).
The team has lost both its matches so far, the first was to India and the second to the West Indies.
The petitioner has named Prime Minster Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shahryar Ahmed Khan and PCB board member Najam Sethi as respondents in the case, Dawn online reported.
The petitioner has questioned the team’s dismal performance in the World Cup 2015 and has asked the court to investigate the possible causes behind the collapse.
LHC’s Justice Ijazul Hassan will hear the case February 24.

I can never forgive Shahryar for letting the one day matches go ahead the day after the Peshawar massacre. Pathetic to the core. Dont care how much money he had lost to media that day, how could he contemplate playing when people were burying their loved ones in droves. Shahryar a big no no in my book.

*LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided not to take any further action against Chief Selector Moin Khan, who was caught in a controversy when he was spotted at a casino in Australia days before the Pakistan team suffered a humiliating defeat against West Indies.
A senior official at the PCB head office in Lahore told Geo News on Thursday that the board will neither penalize Moin nor take any further action against him.
The official said this was his last assignment with the board as chief selector and his final stint as a board official.
The PCB has already said that it will form a new selection committee after the World Cup, he said.
Moin returned to Pakistan on Thursday after travelling as Chief Selector with Pakistan’s World Cup squad in Australia and New Zealand.
The PCB had recalled Moin back to the country shortly after the reports surfaced on the media saying he was spotted at a casino in Christchurch.
Moin Khan has already apologized for visiting the Christchurch casino which he called “an inadvertent mistake”.
“I did not think this would have such dire consequences,” Moin Khan had said.
Shehryar Khan, chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), said Moin was called back because he behaved inappropriately at a time when the team were not doing well.
Moin was removed as manager before the start of the World Cup tournament and Pakistan’s campaign has gone on to be marred by controversy.
Eight players were fined for a late night out while, according to media reports, fielding coach Grant Luden has complained about the behaviour of some of the senior players.
The PCB and the squad have faced criticism after losing the first two matches to fierce rivals India and West Indies, and also losing a one-day series in New Zealand.
The defeats have increased calls for the board and management to be changed.

Moin Khan is not the part of team at word cup. Team curfew is not applicable on him. PCB should take team performance instead of Moin Khan stalking.
