you can spend another few hours looking for free scanners/antivirus…then scan your computer (spend few hours on that)…and then again…only some of the problems will be solved not all…

I paid only 10 dollars , go to the site click on buy and cancel they will show you new reduced price. At least that is what they did to me.
In the meantime I will see if there is some other option available
It is only 10 dollars.
The other alternative is to print this report and google ways to remove all those pests one by one. third option is what TLK said.
Format C+Fresh install is the last option.

For the next time (whether you re-install or use freeware antivirus) , may I suggest that create a user account for yourself with standard privileges and always use that. Never use the main account for regular computing.

BA: fresh install should be the last step.

pehlay try malware bytes and see if it can clean it up.
