IMC-USA Condemns Media-Intimidation Campaign by Hindutva-Fascists
Launches a Campaign in Support of Freedom of Speech & Public Television Indian Muslim Council- USA condemns the campaign of intimidation against the US media by extremist Hindu organizations based in the US.

PBS will be showing a documentary, “Soul of a Nation”, on the recent ethnic cleansing in Gujarat, India in which over 2000 Muslims were killed, more than 600 women were raped and burnt alive and over 150,000 Muslims displaced. This violence was perpetrated by the right wing Hindu ruling party in India that claims the subjugation of minorities as its “Hindutva” ideology.

The Hindutva-fascist fronts are well organized in the United States.
Recently they have launched a massive campaign to condemn and stop the showing of this PBS documentary “Soul of India” that exposes their
involvement in the carnage. The documentary is to air on September 19th at 9pm ET (Soul of a Nation)

No Its not real India.but It will help us see the FACIST Hindu agenda. Indians wil get rid of them very soon.

what pakistanis want ? do you want hindu-muslim peace or hindu-muslim
clash that you think will help pakistan ? do you want to gain at the expense of hind-muslim clash? i really doubt pakistan's interest in the welfare of indian muslim.

The title of the show is misleading - They should have called it 'Rise of Hindu Militancy' of somethin like that.

Yeah, much in the same way your govt has little or no intrest in the welfare of Indian Muslims.

Great show... I think it opened a lot of eyes. Indian fundamentalists are a real threat, I hope India can handle them.

TOMASSO : Hindu Fascists are just as much the Soul of India as Muslim Fascists are the Soul of Pakistan

India has the same percentage of Hindu Fascists as Pakistan has of Muslim Fascists. May be Five Per Cent.

You Pakistanis have your cross to bear and we have our Cross to Bear.

I hope we both succeed in getting rid of Religious Fascists, Bigots, Extremists and Terrorists in our respective Countries.

Then we will see the improvement in the Standard of Living of our People.

It was a nice show....but what did it show? It showed muslims causing the problem! Which we never did. The show depicted muslims as the enemies.

I give it a thumbs down.

You know it surprises me. Mushy did nothing to help these muslims in india. What kind of muslim leader is he?

Even though the program was informative, it lacked balance. The name was "soul of India" though they only concentrated on Gujarat, which is not the whole of India. Gives the wrong impression to the viewer who is oblivious to the realities. They should have shown the moderate Hindus, as well as those who were secular to give a little bigger picture.

RSS & Hindu Nationalism isn't something new, its been there for ever. The hatred towards the Muslims & the mistrust on both sides has been there for centuries & was the premises for the creation of Pakistan.

I hope that the BJP doesn't get back in power this time around or it will not be good for the whole region.

What could he do? They would have just told us to Bug of and mind our own bussines. Which they did I believe.
