We did that during the Ahmedabad earth quake. This was different. The times have changed, the atmosphere has completely changed.They would have considered it an insult and say somthing along the lines of, "keep your money, your people need it more then ours".
Oor they would have just said, 'you think WE cant feed our own people, that WE cant protect our own people??" It would have been a matter of pride. Even if we tried to donate, they wouldnt have opened up the border for our supplies. I dont think Pakistan could really do anything at all.

You mught be able to buy it of the pbs home page, or look for reruns on their schedules page.
