Re: Pashtuns are plotting to take over Karachi, Kamal tells NPR
PPP has come into power 4 times now. And whenever it comes into power it announces that Lyari will be built like Paris. So far we have seen 4 long periods of this party:
1972-1977
1988-1990
1993-1997
2008-
But the real development in Lyari has been during the time of MK! For the first time in history, People of Manora and Baba Bhit Island got tap water through an under-the-sea pipeline. Several goods roads have been built in Karachi's villages - one of them is the good mini highway to Mubarak Village.
lol so now this is funny, we have Mustafa Kamaal and Altaf Hussain whom we heard directly saying all these horrible thinks, and paki-man here still thinks they were misquoted or taken out of context LOL!
Neither was misquoted. Altaf Hussein in that particular clip was misunderstood and Mustafa Kamal was plainly racist...by the way Spock...i don't hear anyone laughing

So atleast you are admitting MQM's Mayor to Karachi is racist, good good.
Re: Pashtuns are plotting to take over Karachi, Kamal tells NPR
On the question of Jinnah inviting anyone from India to Pakistan, when did he give the invitation for East Punjabis to come to West Punjab? If that had not happened, we could have been spared the rule of Zia-ul-Haq.
Re: Pashtuns are plotting to take over Karachi, Kamal tells NPR
This is a fact that Pushtoons in Karachi never left behind in taking full avenge (some time they exceeded it). Like they killed double number of people in December 1986 attack on Ali Garh Colony in revenge of Bangash Colony killings in June 1985.

"in revenge of bangash colony", sound interesting...Care to explain what was happened in this so-called Bangash Colony?
Re: Pashtuns are plotting to take over Karachi, Kamal tells NPR
Some time in 1997 or 1998, the love marriage between an urdu speaking boy and a pashtoon girl (Kunwar Ahsan and Riffat Afridi) was politicised by some pusthoon leaders and the violence by outrageous pushtoons led to the killing of at least a dozen people here.
WHY is there a clash between Pashtuns and Muhajirs? They dont even compete for the same job market generally.
One point that has to be clarified is that an attackon the MQM is not an attack on the Muhajir community. The MQM are a total different entity - they are a terrorist party. Why do so many translate MQM bashing into Muhajir bashing? The MQM have every right to be condemned for whatever Altaf and his cronies have done to innocent people - they were not just other ethnicities but their own too.
Pakistanis from other ethnicities and regions find it difficult to understand why the Muhajir community votes MQM. I have difficulty understanding why so many Pakistanis are so keen to vote for the tried and tested parties and faces ie Sharif, Bhutto (cant include Musharaf as he was never voted for) etc.
Khekeshan mentions that the ANP have said racist things about Muhajirs - any proof?
Maybe because the chap in the youtube video isnt the City mayor, who isnt addressing the world on NPR. When they are in power in Karachi, and their mayor makes a clown out of himself like sub-don Mustafa Kamaal, we will see.

Their party controls an entire province of Pakistan in case you missed it. Has any ANP leader ever condemned remarks by him or the many many other ANP utterings?

I remember that and their picture in the paper sitting side by side. Very sad what happened afterwards to them and others. An imported tradition of jirga decided this matter.
