PARENTS - THE ENEMIES OF THEIR DAUGHTERS

Introduction: To keep woman in their place, the extremist muslims will even label woman’s parents an an enemy! This, my friends, is jahaliyat of the most extreme!

The section below deals on matter of “Education” for females and, as you guessed it, Educating females is linked with ruining the woman’s Imaan and Haya. Yet, another case where the holy texts get twisted in the preservement of male domination.

Please note: In my opinion, anyone that supports the following views is a Jaheel(ignoramous) and anti-Islam & anti-Allah!

PARENTS - THE ENEMIES OF THEIR DAUGHTERS

Parents, in their ignorance, labour under the notion that they are rendering a great service to their daughters by sending them to schools and colleges. But, in fact, they are the number one enemies of their daughters. In Majaalisul Abraar it is stated:

“A friend of a man is one who strives to develop the Akhirat of his friend even if in such striving there be harm to the worldly life of his friend. And, the enemy of a man is one who strives to bring about ruin to one’s Akhirat even if in such striving there be benefit to the worldly life of the one concerned”.

In sending their daughters to kuffaar institutions, parents are destroying the Akhirat of their daughters even though in their short-sightedness, they discern worldly benefit. In sending their daughters to colleges and universities, parents are digging the grave of the Iman of their daughters. In Shu’bul Iman it is narrated .

“Verily, Imaan and Haya are complimentary parts, existing together. The elimination of the one brings about the elimination of the other”.

There is absolutely no doubt in the fact that schools and colleges eliminate the Haya of women. The danger of the elimination of their Iman is thus grave and real. Are parents then to be considered the friends or enemies of their daughters? Allah Ta’ala commands parents in the Quraan-e-Kareem:

“Save yourselves and your families from the Fire”.

Are parents saving their daughters from Jahannum by sending them to schools and universities? On the contrary, they are hastening the headlong plunge of their daughters into Jahannum. You can save your children from the Fire by guarding and developing their Iman, not by destroying their Iman in the guardianship of kuffaar tutors and fujjaar instructors operating on a syllabus impregnated with kufr.

I presume they are saying that males are immune to all this? Or that women are too weak to be able to distinguish truth from falsehood? Or a lot of other things that hypocrites love to bandy about?

Husain says:

"...males are immune to all this? Or that women are too weak to be able to distinguish truth from falsehood? Or a lot of other things.."

I am not sure what are you saying here! Man are immune from what? And,
women are too weak to distinguish truth from falsehood!

Education makes a person strong and expands the mind of that person. Are you afraid of making muslim women strong and expanding & opening their minds? This is what it's all about, is it not?

By defending the people who twist the words of Allah against parents who are willing to sacrifice so their children can have a better future, you become a full participant in their crimes.

LOL, Faceup! Very well said!
Didn't our Prophet(s) said that in order to acquire knowledge one should even go to China. But, according to this article the Chinese knowledge that the prophet speaks about would be:
"fujjaar instructors operating on a syllabus impregnated with kufr."

have to agree here... parents who discourage education for women are sinners. that is the root of all evils when it comes to domestic violence among women especially in Pakistan.

similarly the parents who raise their daughters well but then get them married to a wife beater and tell her that "she should make it work under any circumstance" are also to blame for the increase in domestic violence among women in Pakistan.

Finally a sensible post from you too, mundyaa. I knew my company has a positive influence on others

Say, does anyone know to which creed of Islam
does 'Majaalisul Abraar' belong to as mentioned in the article alluded by logical?

This is not persued by all muslims sects only the very hard-line! Even then, most would say that they would pull out their daughters from school once they reach 15 yrs of age!

So, nobody is going to answer my question.

If I were to venture a guess, I would say the creed is probably Deobandi, the other half of the Wahabi.

There use to be a time when guppos would answer questions raised by other guppos but not anymore. Those days have gone the ways of 50 cents a gallon gas.

Salaam Brothers,

You know what, this is one post which I feel you have tackled in a really good way, I just wish that many more of our so called Maulvis thought along these lines. But then hey, as it has been said how else would they keep their control over women.

Faceup,

You have really hit the spot. That is what alot of men are afraid of, that women will be able to read and write and REALLY read what Islam is all about, thus fighting for the rights Islam gives them and not live in the hypocritical cultures they live in e.g most pakistanis have hindu and sikh cultures embedded in them.

Please I am not generalising about men so please no one take any of these things personally.

most pakistanis have hindu and sikh cultures embedded in them<<

What are you talking about, Hindu and Sikh women are not instructed to cover their bodies so that men don't get tempted or live in polygamy. Sikhism treats men and women equally - In Sikh scripture everybody is addressed as human being no set of instruction (like the one posted by Jawaan and Bhoola)for dress code or behavior specifically for women. In Sikhism men or women can be a religious leader or officiate religious service and women officiate religious services regularly. Since 1947 when fanatics (muslims) left India for Pakistan, Indian women feel lot more free and independent. It was muslim influence that has kept India women indoor.

Please look towards Arabia and Iran and you will find them treating their women same way as you do.

What are you talking about, Hindu and Sikh women are not instructed to cover their bodies so that men don’t get tempted or live in polygamy. <<

so what good has that brought in hindu and sikh women? how does a dress code change a human. a fully covered woman isnt less productive than a woman with a revealing body. Can you think of any job that cant be performed in a hijab? except for the kind of jobs most hindu/sikh devdasies do for brahmans.

yes in the pre-Islamic era they were all servicing brahmans very efficently. are they also responisble for other practises like widow burning, dowry taking, hooker producing, slave after slave after slave… hindu/sikh generations?

Mundayaa,

By inforcing a rule that women should be covered all times you take her independence away and creats a dependency. Rules such as these are accompanied by others such as they cannot travel alone, or travel abroad without consent of their husband and father. You may feel comfortable that your wife and daughters are locked inside therefore they are in your safekeeping but each and every adult is responsible for their own morality and have right to choose. They don't need people like you (men) to keep them straight or to monitor them. For adult women to monitored by men is degrading and disrespectful.

P.S. There is a lot that goes on behind scarf and closed doors. Morality is personal and matter. Men should examine their own motives and morality before becoming enforcers and keepers of opposite sex.

just like women are told to cover their bodies, men are also told to cover their bodies. shorts etc. are disallowed for men as well. Men are also told to walk with their eyes on the ground. As a matter of fact if they look at a woman twice with bad intentions like checking her out… its considered a sin. Similarly there is a dress code for prayers which is applicable to men as well as women.

Now you are right morality should be an individual matter and that is the case in Islam as well. Islam prescribes this dress code if you follow it along with other things it HELPS in acheiving a better society. As for women beign locked up in houses well thats an abuse of Islam by Muslims… Hazrat Khadija (rta) the first lady of Islam was a business woman. But for an outsider like you this prescribed dress code of Islam is just another reason to blame and point fingers at Islam.

But lets compare this practical approach to senseless things like not cutting hair and body hair etc. that are preached in other religions… all they do is create more stink in the world and nothing else.

http://www3.pak.org/gupshup/smile.gif

Atleast in that sense you will find that Islam is a very practical religion.

Nature provided men and women with hair it would not have done that if it was a dirty thing as pointed out by you. You want to improve on nature go ahead and cut anything you want but I don't understand how not cutting it is dirty. India has plenty of water...I hope you have heard people taking bath everyday to keep themselves clean, cutting everything is not enougth.

There is lot of smell that comes out of Burkas and choddar, I have had the opportunity to travel on train full of women in Burkas.

God how can ppl think like that!!!
Islam says taht knowledge is the greatest power any one can have!!
c'mon by sending their daughters to school and universities they are taking tehir haya and sharm away!!! What kinda stupidity is dat!! nonsense.
What a girl or a guy for that matter does in school is his or her own character, they do that out of their free will.
[Why are guys excluded from this topic, is the article trying to say that sending guys to college is okay?? guys also have to maintain their haya and sharam, it doesnot say anywhere that guys can do whatever they want merely cuz they are guys??????What kinda retard shit iz dat????]

It still duznot make sense: How going to school college take away your haya sharam????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????I am confused!!!
All that parents can do is teach you the right path you gotta walk it.
They teach you right and wrong, and send you school to obtain the knowledge they cant give you!!
Now what you do in school is all on you, all your fault.

God i really wanna know what kinda ass monkey thinks like that.

BRAIN:Are you pondering what I'm pondering?

nature has also given women tits and other body parts. if u apply the same logic that if nature has given u hair then u shouldnt cut them...... then nature has given u that, i hope u still hide them in public. In the pre-Islamic era ur types were probably all devdasies walking in the streets naked. So Atleast Muslims have given you tameez to hide ur bodies else u would still be sex slaves of brahman.

btw u still havent given one reason why growing long hair in ANY way improves quality of life? its senseless, non-practical nonsense. but it might be a good karma for u. and the baths u types take in gunga jumna are not hygeinic btw. they are only making ur kind more filthy.

Rani,

according to your theories of freedom, choice, what nature provided us, then there would be nothing wrong with people going outside totally naked, Since according to u whatever nature provided is sufficient. So according to you it would be perfectly okay for two people or even in groups to have sexual intercourse in the open like the dogs & the pigs. Remember you are talking about freedom of people to wear what they want, on top of what nature has provided them with, which is supposed to be sufficient. If you say this is not allowed, then your statements with regards freedom and choice are nothing but empty and hypocritical mumbo jumbo.

Yes, our Lord has already informed us of the likes of you in S. Al Furqaan where it says

“They are only like cattle - nay, they are even further astray from the Path - even worse than cattle.”
