Missy, you roll out the dough flat , like a normal roti .. then put a layer of ghee on it and fold it into a square .. then roll it out carefully so as not to distort its shape ...

This was supposed to be a chicken naan, but i rolled it out too thinly and it turned into a chicken roti…does that still count?

The first pic is naan I placed at a local tandoor (garlic stuffed), thus I made that naan :biggthumb: .
The second pic is at a friend’s uncle’s restaurant, that was a beautiful naan :flower1: .

Canadaaa , sorry buddy, naan’s are not part of our competition , but i personally love the naan you made and the triangle naan too … so inshallah we will save it for our next competition in a few weeks time , thanks so much for sharing
