Well, I didn't post a pic of mine since I just saw this thread :( But, I have a question....I love my parathas, but sometimes I wish they were on the softer side rather than crispier to eat with sookhi sabzis....what should I do? Btw, I do add a little oil to my dough, is that the culprit? The heat is usually medium high, not full.

here is ny entry.. made this paratha today served with aalo matar gajar ki sabzi ..taken from the mobile but its not very clear :rolleyes:
