Don’'t take more than one two at a single time. Usually takes twenty odd mins. If it hurts too much then take Ibuprofen.

You shouldn’t take so much though.

My doc had asked me to switch to ibuprofen two years back I think. I stuck to paracetamol.
I only take it when I’ve a severe headache, which by chance is frequent

I have found that Panadol, which is a paracetemol, works faster on me than Tylenol and other similar formulations. But it’s hard to get Panadol here.
