Don''t take more than one two at a single time. Usually takes twenty odd mins. If it hurts too much then take Ibuprofen.

Ethan, if it's a migraine you're having then paracetamols won't help. I can bet on that.

My doc had asked me to switch to ibuprofen two years back I think. I stuck to paracetamol.
I only take it when I’ve a severe headache, which by chance is frequent

The only thing that works for me is tying my head with a scarf...very very tightly.

@Shak @hareem01 it's not migraine. It's something else. Bukhae bhi hai and Bp is quite a bit high(158+), wonder what caused that. Going to see a doctor soon

I have found that Panadol, which is a paracetemol, works faster on me than Tylenol and other similar formulations. But it's hard to get Panadol here.
