Really? I thought they were two different types of pain relievers. I know it’s not in my head. Having grown up in the Middle East, I had always taken Panadol. And then when I moved to the US, I noticed a consistent difference between the two. Panadol works faster on me than tylenol regardless of how intense the headache. And I’m not imagining it. Once I took an extra strength Tylenol at school and a couple hours later, the headache was still there. The other strange thing is that Advil and Ibubrophen work faster on me than Tylenol. I wonder why. The latter is my least preferred option.

Tylenol doesn’t work for me either. I always go with ibuprofen ( motrin, specifically ). btw.. advil is ibuprofen.
