Here in Atlanta all the good desi restaurants use disposable plates because food is damn delicious. I also don’t have to worry if they were washed properly or not.

if I have to worry about how well the dishes are washed in a restaurant then I’m not eating there…simply because I would worry how sanitary the conditions are in which the food is being cooked…
