Panic attacks and anxiety attacks for the most part are same.

These are psychological conditions and not necessarily a disease state.

Being fearful of exams is quite normal. The only way to get rid of it by studying more and more.

Now having said that, sweating hand, pounding chest, breathing heavy is also a part of anxiety attack but what I have advice for you is to master all the knowledge first and if still have doubt then do the followings:

No guarentee but it worked for so many I know.

1- Pretend you are asked a particular question about the subject.

Try answer it and you must smile right away. Be confident.

I used to answer all possible (and even if they were silly) questions in my head before going to bed several days before the exam.

This really gave me confidence and I did not have sweaty hands and pounding chest.
