Oh ok so calling NS haamkhor is ok but calling imran haramkhor when it’s know fact that his scumbag father was removed from govt post based on corruption. Don’t imran have a b@stard daughter? Ok so now b@stard daughter issue is settled, let’s talk Precedences. The precedence are simple legal principle which in common law allows for same treatment. Only a month ago a month ago a precedence is set on public office holder and we are just point that. Further a precedence was set two years ago in Irsalan case about father and son issues. If they want to not follow the precedence set than they will have to / will be made to go back on these.

As for documents, now there is enough evidence that no one understands these documents it’s all heresay, but it is SETTLED now as noted by ththe Judge that there is NO CORRUPTION of public money charge in report. So there is no corruption. All other things about documents is of personal business is crap.

In any case,the only way forward is a complete trial where JIT members will be cross examined, others will get chance to cross examine sharifs, a CRIME will be identified and it will be debated on. I think every one wins in this case and people like you get chance to PRoVE some corruption.

If not ok than disqualify NS and see the wrath and how quickly dirty laundries come out plus father of B@stard will be disqualified too. I would love a world where both NS and haramkhor Zaakatchor khabees with haram ki aulad are disqualified. Pakistan need SS to lead.

And yes after this BS life or death vote belongs to only and only PMLN.

You are right the truth cant be silenced forever and the lies, the fake documents by papa and his corrupt to the core children is coming out. You cant fool all of the people all the time but a few even on GS are being fooled. The guy stands exposed as corrupt to the core making his money white through companies which were making huge losses but still managed to generate millions to be paid to this scumbag. The money belongs to the nation not to this scumbag.

Private firms work whenever client needs. This is the STUPID most argument and objection. I have gotten things notarized on Saturdays. Absolutely stupid argument. These stupid jusdges are getting exposed. My company is officially closed on Satruday but the admin assistant who is public notary routinely notarize things on Satruday if needed. Same goes for FedEx/ UPS locations here.

I respect these judges as they are moving this case in the right direction, to punish corrupts who looted poor country’s wealth. Before this case I had different opinion about these judges and Pakistanis living in Pakistan in general. This trial has changed my mind and I am happy that not all is lost in Pakistan. Most of this credit goes to Imran Khan. He is one man army against corruption. God bless him, JIT and the judges.

What a farce defence. :slight_smile: … What happened is that, it was kid of Haramkhor who made statement that in UK, no offices are open on holiday (Saturday), rather, Lawyers do not even pick up phone on Saturday … but Lawyer of Haramkhor produced a document signed on Saturday … and that is what Judges were referring to that … how come the document is dated on Saturday (as earlier, Haramkhors claimed … or made statement … that no documents can be issued on Saturday … rather, no lawyer even pick up phone on Saturday)? ,… So, please comment before defending these Haramkhors.

Well, judges said that , NS is facing case on corruption … (according to NAB ordinance …section 9A 5: If a person holding or ever held public office, would be considered guilty of corruption and/or corrupt practices if he or his close relatives (sons, daughters, wife, brother, etc) are found having assets and/or living beyond means but could not justify the living or assets using their legal earnings).

That means, since NS ‘held and still holding’ public office , he and his kids have to justify their ‘assets and living standard’ using legal earnings .., and if NS and his kids cannot justify their assets or living , NS would be considered guilty of corruption … So, for NS to save his Arse, his son and daughters have to show their income or means, that they used to obtain assets … and also their living standard.

IF Haramkhor is not corrupt and have nothing to hide, than only way he can come out of case … that is, to show (not fake but real) purchase or transfer documents of all those 4 Mayfair flats in SC .., plus, give trail of money used to purchase or transfer these flats …

NS or his kids have already confirmed that they own these flats … so they can give their consent to SC that SC can obtain all documents related to their companies, wherever those companies are registered … plus, also allow the SC to obtain all documents and ownership records of their properties with British land Registry.

It doesn’t matter if its closed on satruday, what if the solicitor / attorney is available on Saturdays. My comapany is closed on Saturdays but I still go to office every now and than, our company is close on saturday for business but our call center is open. This crap isnt going any where. The judges are stupid and their stupidity is coming out like crazy. The notarized document is legal and no one in UK or outside can challenge its authenticity once notarized. This is becoming Supreme judicial council case, these Judges are not qualified.

FALSE, judges have not said anything about corruption. They have agreed to and being affirmative that ther is no corruption case here. They said its about Flats. Dont make inferences. This is law , nothing grew. every thing must be Black and White. This is now settled, the word CORRUPTION is not in JIT, nor in proceedings and already accepted by Judge albeit against their wishes.. Get over it.

No NS will not be considered guilty of corruption with Kids assets, SC ruling in arsalan precedence. Grand father gave grand sons, enough proofs are supplied, these are complex businesses and now this BS is OVER. Lets see who disqualify NS and what follows through. There are two precedences SC needs to ignore, fine try that and see what happens. Time of this joke is over. This will either go to a full trial or finish with nothing on NS. JIT is exposed, the people in JIT are exposed. They will be cross examined in trial and they will be roasted, hope they are ready for this. One haramkhor b@starad gave 50K pounds of Pakistan money to his cousin, this son of a bi@tch needs to be skinned alive. I hope govt bounces that check. Another piece of $hit JIT member has his wife doing mujra in PTI jalsas, some team was assembled. Dont think for a minute a huge backlash and attack is coming.

The firm of solicitors maybe closed on Saturdays but there is nothing to stop the principle opening it up on Saturday for special clients where confidentiality is important.

All the solicitors asked this questions have stated that documents can be witnessed 7 days a week 24 hours a day so long as the solicitor agrees with the client and the trust deed itself cannot be questioned in any court of law as it is 100% legal document signed by a long established firm an expensive area of London.

If NS did any corruption then please tell us from which contract he did commission, who paid the money and details of accounts where it was paid.
