As for gulf steel sale … and receiving AED 12 million … UAE authority letter says that … 25 percent share sale … or export of scrap … such transaction never happened. Read the letter.
Since it is official letter … on UAE government paper head, signed by Judge Blooshi … who is also Director of International cooperation department … it is obvious that all documents contrary to written in this letter becomes invalid.
According to this letter, sales agreement of 25 percent shares by Tariq Shafi … claimed by NS family and document produced were fake … as UAE authority could not find any document in their archive.
Actually, other investigation showed that Gulf Steel gone bankrupt with AED 14 million unpaid debt. That means, being 25 percent share holder, Tariq Shafi was liable of AED 3.5 million … and to safe himself, Tariq Shaif ran away from UAE. later, when corruption money came to NS, he did settlement, paid the liabilities of Tariq Shafi and cleared him.
As for export of scrap metals/ machines from Ahel Steel to KSA, same letter says that … they searched and found that no such such export happened from UAE to KSA in 2001 or 2002.
Further, in answer to question 4, UAE authorities says that … Tariq Shafi did not received AED 12 million as claimed by Tariq Shafi, rahter he received NO money neither Ahle Steel paid him any money … plus, Tariq Shafi did not send any money from UAE to Qatar for investment … rather, nothing was sent.
But NS thinks that not only his supporters are retards, but whole Pakistan, including judges, are retards, and thus, would buy his story of bull-crap.
Now read carefully, try to understand what letter says, and think … should this official letter important or concocted documents full of lies (especially when all know how notorious NS and his family is in producing fake letters and saying blatant lies):
