Prcedence is not acting oblivious to the facts. Precedence is the FACT. Precedence from a case in SC from 4 weeks ago, SC said a Govt / Public office bearer cant be removed based on a report. They said it not us, they cant go back on it. Precedence from Irsalan Ifthikar case is that Adult Childers business is not part and parcel to Father (in that case Justice Chaudhry), SC did that not us, so thats two precedence that are enough to remove any doubt over Disqualification of NS. Further, even if we say Disqualify, thats a punishment so where is the Crime as per constitution. Owning businesses is not crime and that is settled now. Its a SC Judge that agreed today that there is NO indication of Corruption in JIT report so how can NS be punished. SC themselves have brought up Trial court here which is the only logical step.
SC can not disqualify PM due to two precedent cases, they probably will defer this to Trial court which may takes very long (I am always of opinion that a very long legal battle is in play).
In the trial court the SIX JIT members will be Cross examined and they will be roasted (hope they are ready for it) but I dont think this is where Game planners want to go. Further, now that its getting clear the head of JIT is a haramkhor khabees that cost 50K pound on his cousins defunct company (nepotism), another member of JIT’s wife doing Mujras in PTI jalsas, two military members, will make things very very interesting when they will be quizzed and questioned by lawyers and very quickly the intent and content of JIT will be questioned. In Trial court every word of JIT will be under microscope, a CRIME will be determined which probably is Sharifs did corruption and bought Flats. That will be the hypothesis and it will be fought on. If indeed there is Corruption, hang NS, I am for it but if there is No corruption have to Shut up once and for all. The only way to determine this now is a full Trial period. Are you Ready for this because NS sure as hell seems to be ready to take down any one and every one with him if it comes to that.
Further, lets just assume if SC simply disqualify NS on basis of his family owning flats and hes not having answers (although its proven that there is no corruption and agreed by Justice today) that they now or right after will need to disqualify haramkhor zaakatchor imran, badTareen, aleem khabees on same pretext as they will create yet another precedence. Otherwise, there can be / will be and should be riots and blood shed. In case of haramkhor imran, the issue goes back similar to sharifs that how a son of a haramkhor convicted govt servent went to Oxford, lived lavishly, lived beyond his means after cricket and now is second richest parlimantarian. How does haramkhor imran fits the bill of 62/63 with having a b@stard child which is a proven matter per Los Angeles county court (check the records of clerk of courts there). Having a b@stard child was an indication of imran’s moral turpitude before he became MNA so it was not an issue to be taken in court but now that he is MNA, this has to be resolved as a father of a b@stard cant be Sadiq and Ameen, hence disqualified for Parliament.
Finally, the role of IB. I think its given that Govt is sitting on explosive recordings that IB obtained which are probably being used in back room deals similar to 2014 Dharna where the recording broke back of dharna, what will be the role of these recordings. ITs clear that NS will agree to decision what ever it may be but if he is disqualified, staying quite is not an option, and a lot of dirty laundry will come out. Are you ready for it? We are sure as hell ready and want it.
As for repeating what Abid sher ali said or not, you can assume what ever you want. I am just pointing out the case facts and what I think will happen in my opinion.
Another note, that is not getting enough attention. Anecdotal evidence but still of some value, the LIKES, Comments are soaring on PMLN pages / twitter feeds, I being border line PMLN follower before is now Staunch follower. PMLN from all indication is not losing its vote at all, what will you do when SS led PMLN will again sweep through from Shangla to Rahim Yar Khan and come in power with 120 plus seats ? something for game planners to think that these tactics dont destroy vote banks rather polarize country to the fact that no way in hell me or my family will ever consider haramkhor zaakatchor imran now when in 2013 my mother and sister voted PTI, me / my brother and father voted PMLN and we saw the beauty of divided families on issues. The issues are now gone and staunch party line polarization is in. Hope game planners are happy with this.
