Hudaibiya can be re-opened, as the case was closed by LHC even though NAB was ready to prosecute it. As expected, you are acting naive. Ishaq Dar’s confession is there, based on which he got a pardon. The SC has already raised the issue as to why NAB did not file a reference against the LHC for quashing a case in which one of the principle accused had submitted a confession. Not sure which case you are following, but you guys are acting oblivious to the facts…which is your prerogative.
