Didn’t Judge said today there is no case of public money corruption is noted in JIT. You THINK corruption happened but you don’t know that and you certainly are not provin it. That’s where there is NO crime yet.

Judges have already noted that just based on a mere report a public office holder can’t be removed in recently concluded case. There is this precedence and SC can’t go against it. Also SC can’t disqualify / punish PM if there is no corruption. Very sticky situation fo SC here with this precedence.
You will see how the content of report is also trashed in the Trial and how aa jehagir will toy with JIT members in trial when it will start.
Hudabiya case is closed by LHC, something Calle s double jeoprdy in law. Can’t keep opening closed and settled cases otherwise let’s also open Bhutto hanging case, and million others. Want to set that precedence SC? Be our guest.
