i LOVE aloo walay pakoray where you dip aloo slices in besan and fry. And baingan ones. And palak ones.

kal na “you know who” nay meri fruit chat ko criticize kiya tha. Bolay masala taiz hai. I think I should make pakorras a little pheekay as a revenge.

I love MIRCH PAKORA. Oooooo they are soooo spicy and soooo yummy. I love when they bring tears to my eyes. The last I ate them was while travelling from Bhurban to Islamabad n tell you what, they were awwwweeesome.

I love palak kay and piaz kay pakoray. One of my inlaw used to make kalay/bana kay pakoray, I sort of liked them. At masjid iftar a large variety of pakoray is seen. I even saw gobhi kay pakoray and chicken kay pakoray first time in my life.

paneer pakoray - i had them recently at a friends wedding and they were divine.
also love aalu pakoray and palak pakoray :–)
