I love all of them… from Palak pakoray to Crispy Cauliflower Pakoray…. From Chinese Chicken Pakoray to Mirchi Mozzarella Pakoray

From Maysori Pakoray to yummy brown deep fried scrumptious aloo ka pakora…

here is a recipe for Maysori pakoray enjoy !

**Ingredients almost same as other pakoorays apart from Suji and rice flour.. anyway here ya go
**

1 cup flour
½ cup suji
¼ cup rice flour
1 large onion, chopped
½ tsp crushed red chillies
3 green chillies, chopped
½ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp ginger, chopped
½ tsp black pepper, crushed
3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 ½ cup curd
2 tbsp fresh coconut, grated

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make a thick medium paste.

Keep covered for an hour or tow

Heat oil for deep frying and drop small amounts of batter with a spoon

And fry till they get golden brown.

^^ Lol.... actually I saw all those names... crispy cauliflower pakora, mozarella stuffed mirch pakora. chinese pakora... and I was like I just saw all these ...lol... actually the order he had written all the names was the same order recipes were posted in the dawn... so buss raha nahin gaya :D sowwrry :D
