Pakistani's, Opportunism & double standards

Re: Pakistani's, Opportunism & double standards

Generals didn't leave when they were sick and tired of running the country. They left only when they were mocked and humiliated on the streets of Pak by the slogans like '..... kutta hey' or when they led this country to its historical defeat in a war or when they were burned to ash by the grace of allah... So upto now these three reasons have been recorded that caused the generals to leave. Lets see what happens this time...

Re: Pakistani's, Opportunism & double standards

so one can say that only a dead general is a good general :)

Re: Pakistani's, Opportunism & double standards

Pak Army used to be good, but they have politicised and corrupted it so much a institution the whole country could be proud of, now evokes emotions of anger amongst its own citizens.

Re: Pakistani's, Opportunism & double standards

I have little knowledge of FATA.NWFP politics and their problems I admit but would say that neither Pakistani Awaam/politicians nor its military have control over their destiny.

As soon as you will see one element leading towards better life for Pakistani, other element will be pushed forward to throw first one out of power.

We have NO POLITICAL SYSTEM.
We have NO POLITICAL TENURE long enough to get politics settled.
We have family politics quite strong.
Political figures aside from few come from curropt background as they are
encouraged by unknown forces.
We have Army personnel selected by unknown forces.
We have significant majority Awaam confused and poor and as an icing on top ...uneducated and uncivilised.
Our Educated-Well off have different directions to run to..mostly outside the country.
Our media/journalist save a few don't know what they are talking about or what they should talk about.
Our mullahs/politicians have their children getting education outside and setteled outside.

So I see those who are left arguing among themselves.
