Pakistani's have a crisis of identity?

Re: Pakistani's have a crisis of identity?

o yaar these indian bacchay bachoongray come over, think they are so smart when they flame and some naya rangroot baccha falls for it, for the rest of us its a good excuse to just muck about. :)

GS rule is that when they lose their entertainment value we ban them for a little bit :D

Re: Pakistani's have a crisis of identity?

ar so many jeffreys all over US. I mean its obvious they are our shia brethren, jafris, As a Naqvi, I always wondered why the Jafris became Jeffrey when they went to US.

and u must know the first Muslim punk rocker? Syed Vicious...too bad he went by Sid like so many other Syeds that I know.

so scottish butts are all jhootay, nicky butt of Man U is actually Naeem Butt, goes by Nicky because we called him a nikak kaka, so he became Nikka Butt and then nicky butt..the rest of them are the same.

if you follow them home after you see them at a pub downing a few pints, they go home, get on a manjhi and drink a big katora of lassi.

Re: Pakistani's have a crisis of identity?

There were no persian jews being prosecuted 5000 years ago, that does not make sense.. at that time persia was a Zoroastrian empire not an Islamic one prosecuting Jews.. The only persian descendants in South Asia are the PARSIS who fled Persia when it turned into an Islamic state and they were facing prosecution.. Parsis still follow the Zoroastrian religion in India...

Anyway the point is that even if there was slight middle eastern immigration to Kashmir (for whatever reason), that was thousands of years ago, and very little, for ppl to claim middle eastern ancestry. You cannot use a few isolated incidents of some Butts in Scotland to support such a theory. There is just not enough evidence. (barely any evidence I would say)

Re: Pakistani’s have a crisis of identity?

^wow the ultimate testing method to check if he’s kashmiri!

last couple months i’ve really started liking kashmiri songs. There are quite a few kashmiri song videos on youtube…it’s really cool :). This one’s so cute, the video and dance are just ok but the song is nice: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cInU4K-Uhbo&mode=related&search=

Re: Pakistani's have a crisis of identity?

^^ hahah that video is hilarious for 10 seconds... and then extremely annoying.

Re: Pakistani's have a crisis of identity?

lol, I'm not trying to test if he's Kashmiri or not :p, who am I do doubt him, if he says he is, then he must be. Just want to know if he speaks koshur (being kashmiri from the valley) or not (being an ancestor of Kashmiris who migrated from the valley couple of hundred years ago).

Re: Pakistani's have a crisis of identity?

:D:p that was the wrong video that I put up and yes that was really funny in the beginning with the guy dancing but the second video "rind posh maal" is much nicer with the traditional kashmiri dancing

Re: Pakistani’s have a crisis of identity?

← not in koshur, but suits kashmir more…

Re: Pakistani’s have a crisis of identity?

yea, I know kashmir is just a very sad place for kashmiri pandits, muslims as well as soldiers.

but let’s not turn this thread into all about kashmir thread please.

Re: Pakistani's have a crisis of identity?

dude, i cant even speak perfect urdu :D

i have to use english words to fill out sentences in urdu

Re: Pakistani's have a crisis of identity?

oh ok :)

By the way urdu isnt the native/first lingo. Most people learn koshur first, then english/urdu.
