Talibans are deficient of resources , they neither have so much sophisticated training nor have technical expertise to carry out terrorist operations in urban areas. India’s involvement is MUST. It is only in the interest of Indian RAW to target innocent women and children. RAW has always been involved in such cruel crimes. Even if Talibans are involved, who is backing them? who is funding their ‘‘MILTARY’’? Who is training them. It’s none other than our worst enemy Hindustan.
