Shoaib Mohammad WAS, and is still a joke of a batsman. Mohsil Kamal should be included in our world cup squad. Overall, a pretty crap game for such a good and lively crowd :o .

GA where did you get that list? From these people Saeed Anwar, Moin Khan, Rashid Latif, Mushtaq Ahmed, Ramiz Raja, Aamir Sohail and Mudassar Nazar **weren't **there.

Yaar it wasn’t even an Indian veteran’s team. Many Indians players present are quite active in Indian domestic cricket. While the Pakistani team had budhay khoosats who haven’t touched a ball or bat for a while.

Wicked day... had a blast!!!...

Wasim Akran vanished after bowling two overs....and came back for the ceremony...and had taken off his uniform!!!!! c'mon now....at least show sum respect.....

My friend who was on the organizers board of directors was saying that Wasim Akram is a worldclass prick. He came out of the shower in the dressing room, and orders one of the volunteers to go turn off the water lol!!! There was a local guy Rizwan Cheema who got out after hitting a 6. Back in the dressing room Wasim Akram swore his lungs out on cheema. Serious attitude problem.

Also more news that from the moment they landed and got in the limo till late night at the hotel all of the paki players were drinking non stop.. even more than the indian players. The heaviest were Aaqib Javed and Mohsin Kamal. The only one who wasnt was Abdul Qadir who also happens to be a real great guy.
But the most decent of all players was Venkatesh Prasad who was a very nice and very down to earth guy.

it was an awesome atmosphere as far as the crowd
i got one of the rbc awards (signed jerseys from both teams, and a few other goodies) it was awesome... met wasim after he bowled a few overs and left the field. (trust me the drinking had started at that point)
