Now that the real rioters have arrived on the scene, in higher numbers and with sheer anger, only to destroy public property and hurt innocent bystanders and their businsses, vehicles, the Government fails miserably to stop them. Why dont they send those army/police wallaz in civvies now?

They've already been given "shoot on sight" orders (which I personally think is quite harsh). What else do you want them to do? If they truly start shooting every protester the body count is going to be in the thousands. It really isn't as easy to control such wide spread violent protests as one might believe. Look at all those football hooligans in Europe. Even European authorities find it hard to control an isolated mob, let alone huge mobs all over the country.

Check the time when the order was issued... may be 24 hours later? A lot had been damaged already.... even after those orders lot more damage was done, did you read about any miscreant being "shot"? Only today I read in some papers 2-3 hundred people were arrested in few localities. This rampage and loot is as criminal as much as we accuse Indian govt of not controlling Hindu rioters (Gujrat incident). Govt was as much criminal as much as the rioters, looters in all this "protest".
Actually ANP workers took revenge of their loss on May 12! They burnt cars of common people at Qaidabad, Landhi!
I am sure there was that angle too, anyone who had a chance to score point against someone availed this opportunity with both hands. Not to forget the business gangsters looting each others properties. I read many news items where storage houses of commodities were looted, hundreds of bags (which are usually 30-40kgs each) were stolen. Banks were first looted then burnt down etc etc.
