Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

I dont know bhai, I read it here in PA or somewhere that it was ...

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

totally disagree.

1) if we can discuss the Sialkot incident in harrowing detail and with all the gory videos, then this should definitely be discussed.

2) until there are people who support taliban and this "shariat" barbarity then, there is a need for this topic to be posted and discussed. I can think of at least two outspoken individuals easily (one is banned while the other one isn't), who support the taliban on this website. heck you have a mod mashallah who said that the taliban aren't so bad since they only blow people up. maybe she would like to be spanked publicly or stoned by these bearded retards. her opinion might change then.

either the taliban are terrorists opposed to the state of Pakistan in which case anyone who posts anything openly or indirectly supportive of the taliban should be banned without question. in that case, I understand how threads about these incidents become redundant. otherwise, these threads must be posted with all the gory details.

3) just you wait until someone says that someone heard someone say something about this woman's character. and before you know it, the punishment will be a-okay by the mullah brigade because after all she will have deserved this inhuman cruelty. reminds me of that idiot Ansar Abbasi's comments about the Chand Bibi video. first he says that the video is fake. and if it isn't, then this is tanzeelat-e-Allah and hence, justified. bhai, if it is God's law, then why try to hide behind the fake video excuse? ya'ani kay paanchon ghee main. first the video is fake. and if it isn't, then God wanted it to be so. heads I win, tails you lose.

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

In Shi'ism stoning is not until death, it's used to disgrace the fornicator. The Iranian government is wrong and their penalties are illegal according to Shariah Law.

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

in PA, it was never proven that the video was fake. doubts were raised by the mullah brigade which were also squashed considering the credibility of the person (Samar Minallah) who brought forward the video.

regardless, as things stand, it is completely inaccurate to say that the video was fake.

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

even then, how does watching that video serve any propose but to support the terrorism, because that is exactly what these guys want, to spread terror .. and watching that video does that

btw, these morons bomb video shops but make videos themselves to post on internet .. someow they think that their video is more halal or something

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

Today there is no one in direct contact with God today who can tell exactly what punishments should be used under what circumstances. The age of messengers is GONE.

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

no one has to watch the video.

but the story must be discussed. otherwise lets not post any threads about any crimes in the future. after all, reading about these crimes and posting threads about them only gives the crime and the criminal publicity.

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

and I am questioning exactly that, the need of watching the video. OP posted the video that moderator removed later on.

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

I think the debate over watching the video aside, this is a bit of a religious quagmire for Muslims. I had the same reactionwith the flogging video. The revulsion we feel, or atleast that I believe most feel, doesnt have to do with concerns over whether procedures were followed or whether it is the jurisdiction of these animals to enforce law. It has to do with the very nature of the punishment, and seeing a single helpless woman being brutalized and overpowered by douchbags.

And I cannot take the convenient route of saying this is a misinterpretation. Theyre shared across mainstream sunni and shia sects. It would be highly presumptuous for someone to claim they think the clerics/mullahs have got it wrong on the punishments this far.

Having said that, I find these punishments abhorrent and oppose them wherever they are applied.

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

ravage, while I agree with you on the revulsion over these inhumane punishments, isn’t the part in bold a critical point too? even if they were enforcing “secular” punishments, etc, they have absolutely no right or jurisdiction to do that. the cruelty gets to me but the jurisdiction bit and the open badmaashi really ticks me off.

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

sure, thats the part I have no problem with in my reactions (they're the same as yours). but like I said, I would have a problem with the stonings/floggings even if they did have jurisdiction.

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

laraai laraai maaf karein ...
the video is on air on Geo, Express & ARy.. off course some of the scenes are blur out..

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

When you don't have enough to eat and you know punishment is death for sure then how can you even think about doing it ???

I think Taliban must be totally dumb to conclude that she must have done that . No wonder this video is a fake .

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

Is this a new video or the same old one?

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

thank you for what?

discussing what is happening is different from wanting to actually view the video.
most intelligent people will avoid watching violence......

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

This public lynching is very similar to what happened in Sialkot. But while every one was so outraged about Sialkot incident, there is hardly enough condemnation about this incident in the thread.
Is this what people think is shariat? If this incident by Taliban is acceptable then why was there so much hue and cry about Sialkot lynching?

Strange how human mind works.

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

duplicate post. (This needs to be fixed)

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

Why is it fake?
Isn't stoning a corner stone of shariat in the eyes of many?

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

You mean Taliban stoned someone earlier too? Would you like to share?

Re: Pakistani Taliban militants caught on tape stoning woman to death

mashallah. how did you come to conclusion?
