I just find the timing of this statement a little troubling. Its like the American's don't really wish to see aid staff present in Pakistan at all to help with the relief efforts.

anyway back to the topic. I personally think it's a great initiative by the Pakistani taliban. if the flood doesn't kill people, the taliban will - just as god intended.
I'm sure plenty of taliban supporters on GS must be ecstatic. I think I hear some celebratory aerial firing in Montreal.
