Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
Norway has always remained peaceful but they had a shoot out incident in 2011 in which scores people were killed.

Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
Going by queen logic if you haven’t been to Norway you can’t comment on it.
Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
You meant queer?
Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
He himself is in a cage.
Hareem. This murder has nothing to do with gun culture in the US. The culprit most likely was carrying an illegal weapon.
He was a robber, probably a gang member as well. I am pretty sure if a criminal wanted to obtain guns anywhere in the world, all they need to have are the right “connections”. Please don’t blame it on the whole country. In USA you cannot just go & buy a gun as you wish. You have to go through a criminal background check & only then you get to have a permit to “own” a gun. Even when you become a gun owner you can’t just carry the firearm openly in public places. You have to obtain a “conceal & carry” license which is still not available in all 50 states.
Conceal & carry only allows you to carry a weapon as long as it’s not in plain sight. Regardless of what your state law is most public places like schools, libraries, airports & hospitals do not do not allow you to carry a weapon even if you have a license.
When someone wants to commit a crime they will find a way to do it. It is very naive to think that somehow “gun culture” is responsible for majority of the deaths involving firearms in the US.
Also let’s not disrespect the severity of this incident by turning this thread into a gun debate or if USA is a dangerous country or not. Perhaps opening another thread to discuss “gun culture & its dangers in the US” will be a better idea.
Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
this crime has nothing to do with ‘gun culture’. it was a criminal act and criminals get their illegal guns by illegal means in almost every country.
Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
No.
Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
You know what, come up with data and stats to prove US has less crimes than Europe and then I’ll listen to you.
Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
yeah it’s not allowed in schools etc etc then why US is on top when it comes to school shootings?
^Pardon my ignorance but nice try regarding what?
I see you have opened another thread. Let’s take the conversation there.
My response is in regards to your original post, not the edited version.
Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
I am not a racist but south side ka kachra…
Yes , you are.
Compare it to UAE and Qatar and you will find it dangerous too.
[/quote]
I agree. In UAE you don’t get killed on streets. You get killed inside a bathroom by a burqa clad person ![]()
Have you lived in Chicago? Ever been to the South side of Chicago where there are places even Chicago PD is scared of driving around? If you haven’t, then you wouldn’t know what I am talking about.
I have lived in Chicago, taken the bus & subway from the very point this incident took place at. Lived not too far from this area half of my life. All while working in the South & Southwest side of Chicago. From what I have read online descriptions of the criminals are very similar to two certain races of gang members from the South side of Chicago. Anyone who can take someone’s life over money, sometimes for as little as 5 bucks IS & will always remain “kachra” in my opinion.
Unless you answer my question I am not going take any offense in you calling me a racist.
Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
You’d be surprised to hear the reaction of white expats in gulf over that news. ![]()
Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
I think it wasn’t a white guy behind this shooting this time…because guess what do they call a Muslim who gets shot by a white person? A terrorist. (Okay that was bad, sorry)
Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
I try not to interact too much with racists . Have a nice day.
You too. Have a good one.
Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
can’t be queer, after all it was psyah’s logic that one must visit the place to see what it is like.
Re: Pakistani Student shot in US
People with mental disorders have been able to buy guns in the US. Its guns that are initially bought legally that are then used in gun crimes later. So for example, the Connecticut shooter got the the guns through his mother I believe, who was a licensed gun holder.
Crime in other countries is an anomaly, here its business as usual… And this after crime has been dropping.
