Sipah muhhamd, imamia student, mukhtar force, tehreef e nifaz fiqah jafirya, Lashkar imam are the most loyal groups of this country who are not with support from parties like MQM not killing any human. May be Sunnis are not counted as humans BTW in liberals opinion.
For mentaly sick people- I am just adding to the list of terrorist outfits not deleting terrorist, Lej are also equaly bad in my opinion.
