things do not become true by just calling them 'true'
talent lolll, some highly illeterate people doing third class jugat baazi in khabarnaak is a not a talent/hidden talent, its not about vulgarity its about standard which is very poor.

Please read again, I am not talking about any specific show, I am talking about a specific type of humor.
And to be honest, your comment appears quite condescending. Humor has nothing to with education, or all the great comedians would be PhD.

sometimes become, well its a truth lolll.......
Re: Pakistani Sense of Humour
Not all humour is for all tastes.
I am wondering nobody mentioned about humour from other ethnicities in Pakistan, besides Punjabi. Some people are praising it, others are bashing it, but nobody talking about other humour :/
I am punjabi but i first mentioned Moen akhter as legend then talked about others as almost everyone is familiar with his work. but it takes an open heart to notice these things

i am not saying that they should be phd but standard and quality matters.....
Standard and quality are very subjective terms, unless you have a benchmark to compare things against. Like I am not a big fan of British humor (with the exception of Rowan Atkins). To me it appears that 90 percent of British humor revolves around reproductive or digestive systems of human beings. But then it does not mean that I can just throw it out of the window.
Re: Pakistani Sense of Humour
That's interesting.

yes, its not necessary but there was a lot of quality comedy work in pakistan which is no more from any place and recent comedy in Pakistan deserves to be out of the window in my humble opinion.
Re: Pakistani Sense of Humour

Re: Pakistani Sense of Humour
pothuharri biasness :D
That was just my personal opinion/perception. I am not categorizing British humor.
Like I am not a big fan of Russell Peter (or whatever his name is), but the guy is very famous apparently, so I just keep my opinion about him to myself.

that is reflecting from your knowledgeable comments. Quality or uniqueness of show is one thing but i am sure you havnt watched a single episode of mehman qadardan. you are implying in post# 40 neseem vicky hosts that show where as i said he was a guest of that show for one time only.
