Should this conversation not be discussed then Southie? Surely brushing such issues under the carpet makes the situation worse doesn’t it? I know its can be a controversial topic but only if we allow it to become one.
Sometimes with human nature we wish to cover such issues up or blame it on the usual suspects like racism but there is alot to it.

Consider how it would go down if a Pakistani went to an Indian forum and started posting statistics on India’s many failings. Just try it for fun, pretend your Pakistani and go talk about some of India’s issues on an Indian forum.

You may very well be a sincere person, but human nature is such that when people with whom you have a history of hostility bring up issues that concern you, you tend to be distrustful.

Personally i agree with your assessment, andI think its better to own up to it then try to deny it. But you will find hostility in bringing it up simply by virtue of the fact that you are Indian… I cant change that, its the way it is between Pakistanis and Indians.
