change mentality…sure absolutely but it will take a long time ..till then we shd simply let people misuse the law?

Why would any minority ever commit blasphemy in his/her right mind fully knowing his/her fate in a 98% Muslim majority country?

this is a complete harassment towards minorities… laws should be to protect minority not to protect 98% majority

The blasphemy law as I googled:

295-C: use of derogatory remarks etc., in respect of the Holy Prophet: – who ever by words, either spoken or written, or by visible representation, or by any imputation innuendo, or insinuation, directly, defiles the sacred name of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for life and shall also be liable for fine.

No where it allows an ordinary citizen to kill anyone else, so how is the law to be blamed? Please explain.
