I think religious In-tolerance have lot to do with the general level of frustration and desperation in the societies, which again is direct result of economic well being of individuals of any society.

I think so. One should be able to not believe in any God. There is no law against personal beliefs tha one can find.

Yep. For some religions/sects what you define as ‘blasphemy’ is a part of their religious practice.
