^I don't think DASBZ_05 is saying it should be made a national language, infact it could never be but in areas which are dominated by pashtoon in pays to consider that the local language be Pastho. I guess for me, the confusion of sorting out issues such as school curriculums be a problem if it is changed to Pashto.
