I’ve read posts where girls write that most Pakistani guys are not virgins and I think that’s exaggerrated. I highly doubt if a Pakistani guy came up to me and chatted with me, that I’d think he’s trying to get into my pants.
…thats not just pakistani girls. i’ve always been pretty easy going with talking to guys who come up to me (pakistani or non pakistani, assuming they just want to chat, hang out nothing more.
My guy friends though are the ones who always say, hey that guys into you if he comes up to me to talk in some kind of social gathering. According to them no guy just wants to be friends in a situation like that. If he’s chatting you up, he’s interested in you. I’ve always believed otherwise, but hey if guys are going around saying things like that, why would most girls think otherwise.

Dating is still considered taboo but they do date in every country in the world, including Pakistan.

if your dating definition means chatting then guys are usually only think and talk about sports, politics and economics, where as girls are more about fashion, showbiz, home politics.
i dont see what ground can bring them together so they can DATE.

Those who think girls don't date in Pakistan have been away from Pakistan for too long.
In a survey conducted by Dawn newspaper some years ago, it was revealed that a majority of parents favored their children to date at the appropriate time in an appropriate manner.
The meaning of dating is different in pakistan, it could be just a casual meeting or a romantic dinner or even a movie.
On a serious note, all the Pakistani girls I know, myself included, definitely don't think that way. Unless of course the guy's behaviour tells us otherwise.
Same here Syraa, I don't know what kind of girls these guys interact with. I feel like all these sort of threads are based on generalizations.

i mite b wrong bt on this forum ie GS whenevr i read the opinions of the paki girls living in abroad abt girls livn in the Pakistan, i can alwas smell some sort of negative or sour feelings....guys u ppl r privileged living in a modern n liberal society wher things work by logic n sensibility...bt seriously i feel so degraded when i read ur comments n ur low opinons abt us as if we r some cursed ppl... n i think change is coming to Pakistan nd i dont want to justify anythin abt ppl livin here...atleast stayn here we cn change things, transform the society thru education.

Pakistani girls date heck yes. From the ones in the mohallas who live at home to the hi fi party going ones. They all do.
And who says that Pakistani girls have attitude so much so they cannot carry a sane conversation? What BS. Pakistani girls are the politest and the sweetest.
it's a pity though that many Pakistani GUYS only see Pakistan girls as s3x objects and cannot carry on a normal platonic relationship with them. they cannot maintain decency. They'll start hitting on the girl in a few conversations. The girl has to put them back in place every now and then, THEN they'll be normal.
But anyways, these days, girls and guys in Pakistan are friends in schools, colleges and workplace. And majority of girls are not home restricted anymore. I'm not talking about FATA here - i really don't know about the situation there first hand so can't say.

dating style in pakistan is different.
