pakistani diet meal plans

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

It is both If I eat steak and egg than I can go 8hrs without going hungry, steak has as few calories like cereal. Our reptilian brain does not trigger satiety on refined carbs. You can eat 2000 calories in dessert but not in meat.

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

As of yesterday I have lost about 56 pounds. Added Intermitted fasting to start losing more and am trying to take away carbs and eat more protein.

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

wow...just wow. Great job my friend. You gotta start posting selfies.. Before & after. We can tag PG for that :)

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

Congratulations!!! I am sure it took a lot of hard work and dedication.

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

Haha. Sure. Get me killed by my wife. It would easier for her now.

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

Thanks. Sure is. Still on....

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

Alright as of 2 days ago, I am down 63 pounds. Basically, I am only eating once a day around 5-7 pm and intake all my calories at this time (around 1200 since I cant eat more any more) which makes my fasting (not eating) time around 22 hours. Will keep this going till I have lost 100 pounds. I have now started riding a bicycle as my workout. Wish me luck folks.....!!!

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

Damn man.. you are on a roll mA! So proud of you. Does your family still recognize you? :hehe:

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

Thanks brother. Yep they do but the fun usually is going to restaurants and able to fit in one of the small stalls that I had never been able to before. Also, going to mall with everyone and having them tell me that they need to rest. Priceless!!

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

As of yesterday, I am 70 pounds or 31.8 kgs down. Still going strong on the quest of losing 100 pounds.

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

That is so awesome, congratulations and good luck in achieving your goal.

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

Thanks Brother!!!

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

75 pounds down now. Lost 14 inches on my waist and am wearing XL shirts instead of 5 XL. Met my friends from school this past weekend and it felt really good to be the one telling them how to lose weight and seeing their reactions since they met me after 2 years.

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

Wow..you are the new superhero! :d6c:

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

@us1415 would you say tracking calories is the very essential to losing weight?

Congrats on all of your success!!

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

Thank you King in the north!! Finally done with watching GoT. Waiting for the next season.

Thank you. Yes, very essential since I follow the simplest way of Calories in vs Calories out (CICO).

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

82 pounds down now. Still going strong. I can now fit Large shirts perfectly. For the first time in like 20 years I was able to buy a readymade kurta for eid (which made me teary eyed since its been forever when I could fit in one). It has slowed down though as I am approaching my goal of losing 100 pounds.

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

Yeah. Still working on this. I was about 84 pounds down when I was laid off from work at the end of June. That is the reason I wasn't around here as well. Gained some weight back but was able to keep it around 240 which means I am still 60 pounds down.

With a new job and new attitude I am back to lose weight and on my diet and exercise again.

Re: pakistani diet meal plans

That’s remarkable! Keep up the effort. I know its easy to fall back into old eating habits but trust me, the efforts are worth it in the end. You can do this. Keep your eyes on the goal.

Back with an update. Had some medical issues that kept me from doing what I was doing before and I gained about 27 more pounds on top of above and ended up with 267 lbs. Started working on the plan again and am down to 238 which means from when I started this in August 2016 I am still down 62 lbs down. Saga continues…
