Alright as of 2 days ago, I am down 63 pounds. Basically, I am only eating once a day around 5-7 pm and intake all my calories at this time (around 1200 since I cant eat more any more) which makes my fasting (not eating) time around 22 hours. Will keep this going till I have lost 100 pounds. I have now started riding a bicycle as my workout. Wish me luck folks…!!!
