In self defence and under forcible confinement absolutely yes a woman can kill the husband. She should and will get punished for manslaughter. I am not sure if Pakistan recognises marital rape.

Maybe read up on battered women syndrome defence, I am not sure if she would win but here if a woman kills in a situation of being forcibly confined it may be used.

For one, you didnt even answer my question which I asked to answer in yes or no. So you should be very thankful you aint a technical person like going into law or anything cuz you would have lost every argument, every case.
