She was forcibly taken back to husbands house, she had fled the place. At this point she was a victim of forcible confinement and rape. She intended to kill the husband and not the family. In the west if she had killed the husband it could be defended as self defence..

Her family is the culprit in all this hence all these events took place. She wasn’t happy with this marriage so she left his house. Her family forced her to go there as mentioned in the post, nobody forcibly took her back. Its her family from the very start.

"She was not happy and came back to her parents house after a few days into marriage but her family forcibly sent her back to her in-laws’ house.

And if you see from husbands point of view, he got married to someone who was in love & was emotionally involved with someone else. Who wants such marriage? The husband is innocent yet got killed by his wife.

All in all its her terrible family, if they married her to the guy she loved then nothing terrible like this would have happened.
