Re: Pakistani born British Soldier dies in Afghanistan
It cannot be one way, that we go in plane loads to make money there and when it comes to defending the adopted country, we say we are Muslims first.
It all boils down to my earlier thread - what comes first - country or religion ?
Double standards should also have some ethics !!
Why is this an important question? I don't understand. I am a Muslim British person - I have an afterlife that will be judged on my actions in this life. My nationality will not be questioned. You can be a Muslim whatever and still have allegiance to whichever country you belong to - even if the country is not a Muslim country. What my religion is is a personal matter and the question on nationality - what about those people who have dual nationality? Which country should their allegiance lie with? Religion is the only fixed variable.

^ Schine, you are a muslim first then a British.. Please always remember that. You have to first support your muslim brothers and then any of your countrymen. Amen
Re: Pakistani born British Soldier dies in Afghanistan
Absolutely - I am Muslim first and then British and this will certainly never change. :)
