Who came up with this list?
Out of all of these girls there is only about 3-4 that can be classified as beautiful and if I were given the chance to pick number 1, it would have to be Mahreen Raheel (out of the list above). Rest look good because they are made to look good IMHO. :)

Pretty faces no doubt, but none of them are captivating (and exquisite if you like) enough to be considered beautiful. If only Mahira was anything like her world famous character Khirad, I would've added her at the top of my list but its kinda disappointing how totally opposite of Khirad she is in real life which I don't think most people find that attractive, well at least I don't. :p
On a separate note, I'd have likes of young Marina Khan, late Khalida Riyast and Nazia Hassan over the likes of Humaina and the teenage girl that appears at the beginning of the video. We need more women in the industry with bit of personality, character and mystery.
