im just pissed at this one aunt. everytime i went to her house she’d be like “oh tumhari kameez itni choteee kyun hai beta?” “yeh kaisa ajeeb sa golden bag hai” or “iss hairstyle mein tum PIA kii air-hostess lagg rahi ho”
today her daughter wears the same kameezes, carries the same bag and makes the same hair…
captian1 - i really dont appreciate that - *naraz - i was discussing some serious issue here and you guys have managed to *sigh
queer - i appreciate my gujjo indian buddy - *hugz
lets get back to the topic
You go to desi gatherings and you will find aunties staring at you. Noticing everything you say or do but would never ever bother saying oh hun you look pretty instead- TUM ne kese kapre pehne hai , ho haai lipstick itni dark [just like shweetz mentioned]
now all of you men/little boys who replied above - when was the last timey ou appreciated someone?
the PIA stuff is the worst thing to sayyy....oh and my aunt always tells me "Diya why dont you eat sumthing"...like mind your own freaken businesssssssssssssssss
why do people get jealous why cant you simply give a nice comment?
It doesnt hurt us to let someone else know they are looking good or they did one heck of a job etc.
But one pakistani to another... whats up with that?
*or is it me - may be i am being alittle emotional
no you are absolutely right....there is a lot of jeolousy amongs Pakistanis overseas...but its more of a womens' thing..women love being jeolous and arrogant much more so than guys
The problem is (may be) we don’t appreciate other “guys” until and unless someone is REALLY wearing something good, but if we appreciate “girls” its taken as “flattering/flirting” and “nooked” by other people around
Thanks Codey, u look wonderful without that icon/avatar :k:
