Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

hey an, too late, I called it out way before. and not only that I pre-empted other opportunists copy cats like you already. I refer you to my statement..

**I am the reigning champion of **speed skating in Pakistan.
I am also the ski champion
surf champion and all **global sports that do not have an official governing body in Pakistan. **jai alai, street luge,.. etc etc

so if anyoen wants a title for a sport that does not have a governing body in Pakistan, they have to come to me, and I will sell that title to them.

You want street luge, that will be $50, but since I like you, I am giving it for free right now. I am announcing retirement from street luge.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in ‘Mrs World 2007’ contest

You would be happy if your Wife is only 5% as good looking as her

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in ‘Mrs World 2007’ contest

Totally Agree

I think we need to set our priorities in order

Let the girl have her fun, why does it matter to average pakistanis

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

I doubt. She will never be happy with HER WIFE.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

someone who is 5% as good looking as her? wouldnt that technically make a chichucha hotter?

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

I've been dubbed Mr. Extremist Pakistan; so i think I have my title already.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

A balongri would be a really gay guy :-/

BTW even if i am not 5% as pretty as her, i am not claiming to be Ms. Pakistan, am I?

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

^^ Well I just exaggarated what I am trying to say

Each time a Pakistani girl enters these type of contests, many people in forums such as these comment that the girl is too ugly. But in reality, if a girl like this gives any of these posters a time of the day, they will be madly in love.

Anyone who posts that she is too ugly or whatever are just too insecure about their own looks and know they dont have a shot in this contest what so over and so to satisfy themselves that they are better than this girl they make disparaging comments about her like her looks.

Personally, I think she is smart, pretty and bold. If she wants to enter this contest then let her. And Pakistan needs more representatives like this on the global stage than bearded mullah in shalwar kameez shouting death to america.

Don't Pakistanis have other things to worry about than this?

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

We do. So let her drop-out, or drop the title, and the issue goes away and we can focus on the more important things and not worry about such distractions. So you see, it really is in everyone's interest for her to smarten up...

The way I see it, there's just as much effort being put into defending her or her "right" to participate as Ms. Pakistan, than those who are against her...so how does this "more important things to worry about" argument work again?

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

MS world and MRS world are two different competitions. MRS world isn't much paid attention to.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

Agree with Fraudia. Who gave her the right to represent Pakistan? I dont care for the competitions, have em... but who gave you the authority to represent Pakistan in a beauty contest? She's average at best. I dont think shes the pinnacle of beauty in Pakistan. If you want to compete,, freakin hell, atleast be pretty!

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

The whole point of beauty contests is to show beauty. She's average, not ugly, not pretty, just average. And I wouldnt fall madly in love with an average looking, slightly overweight mother of three.

If you think she'll win, you need to change glasses. There is no way she's any prettier than average. And that's with the touch ups. I've spoken to prettier in real life.

She's bold alright, to pass herself off as a beauty.

That's what this thread is about.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

Why should she drop out just cause you dont like it?

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

This is not specifically in reply to this thread, but I just wanted to say that people should be allowed to pass comments on such celebrities freely as long as these comments don't belittle the womanhood in general. These people WANT to look attractive. They WANT to look good so that they could SELL this image to ordinary people. If 90 percent people find Ashwarya attractive and are allowed to say that freely, why do we have to condemn those who don't find her attractive? She is NOT an ordinary girl. She is in the business of selling her body image, and nobody should be offended if someone doesn't buy this image. It is different from commenting on someone's 'beauty' who is not trying to sell it to the public.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

^ I know that, but the problem is most of the guppies over here are belittling her "womanhood" and most of them are Pakistani women. It is not prostitution rather profession.

There are many beauty pageants held in America, the choice to get them to represent their state or country is done by few people, mostly Donald Trump, not the media, people or any other personalities.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

Why should she stay in as Ms. Pakistan, and why should I shut up about it, or even desire that such things should never happen in the first place? Why is her doing this a good thing?

Anyhoo...the point was, we all have better things to do...but all of us (pro and con) are talking about this...it was my understanding that this whole "better things to worry about" argument was being used as a slight on the con side...

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

She looks older than 22, maybe late twenties. But maybe that's the three kids. She's okay, not special in terms of looks. Plus she doesn't have a Pakistani look in the photos at all.

Re: Pakistani-American to participate in 'Mrs World 2007' contest

^ yea she looks indian, doesn't she?

is she divorced?
