uhh ... it's a PUBLIC FORUM ... if someone is so scared of being judged ... then better not bring your stories here ... and if you are bringing them here (even posting just your views) ... then you should be ready to receive pretty damn stark comments back ...
women need to seek "gold diggers" because the man is the provider ... and if he cant even provide ... whats he good for? ... and before anyone starts on this ... i'm using "gold digger" sarcastically ....
and if men seek "gold diggers" .... i dont find the reason for why they should ... becuz they dont expect anything (financially) off of them ... as PW has already mentioned ...
and if a man does want an educated woman ... i assume it's for the reason that he wants a mature, learned person who knows the world a bit more than the four walls of the house and can put a standard in their house and be role models for their children to follow ... and to fulfill this criteria ... doctor/engineer/lawyer is not the only thing in the world unless you DO expect to gain benefits out of that specific profession ...
people who are here attacking those who are labelling PW as a gold digger are basically the same ones who go label women as gold diggers in other threads ... so i dont know what morals exactly they are trying to share!
p.s. PW you may think other professions are less respected ... but it's not really so ... you change the world views person by person ... so how about making yourself part of the change? ... i hope you know what kind of timings a doctor has to put in his/her work .. how will that effect your household ? .... the kind of clients a lawyer has to deal with ... advertising is the second industry in line rated for super-lies after law ... and an engineer? it's mostly dominated by men ... and then some people have issues with women working in a male-dominated environment and call them "enlightened" ... so how is that respected?
