I disgree Ehsan Bhai, he has the hunger evident from the fact that he was constantly in touch with Youhana and Shoaib. And the chance you are talking about, one was extremely difficult down the legside and other with the inside edge that allows the bowl to dip further into the ground. Any keeper would have struggled to even react to the second chance.

Yes in previuos match he was off-color but today he batted well for his short stay in the death overs and insha'allah he will boune back in remaining matches.

Saby bhai I knew you would disagree and in my earlier post I apologised to you as I knew you would be upset. :)

Rashid is a great wicket keeper but every one has its limitations and I feel Rashid was sloppy again today. I respect your view as well. :)

Commentators saying slow bowling rate cost them the match as the light faded and Pakistan was about 6 overs too slow.

Kallis MOM

Ironic considering that he was clearly out before he got into double figures.

i dont understand this, in cricketnext they say SA won by 4 wickets and in cricinfo they r saying SA won by 13 runs :konfused:

both r wrong..

they won by D/L method:mocking:

Doesn’t matter. SA won thats all. They won under the D/L method by 13 runs.

Shoaib sada Shair aye. :D

o dude! juss luk where the middle stump has gone!
Sami to iss se bhi aagay phenkay ga Inshallah!

when is the next gamE???????????/

exactly, that whole over was one masterpeice of highclass tussle between bat and ball, earlier in that over kallis survived a booming inswinger and told his parner how difficult was it by shaking his head, then hit him for a crushing boundary. Then came that nasty slipper and finally the ball of the match :k:

Turned into another corker of a game shame it had to end like that. Having said that, considering we made so many mistakes it's amazing that we nearly snatched victory in the end. This team are serious contenders and with Sami and Inzi back I expect us to wrap this up on Friday.

SA also showed what they are made of with a gritty performance in the field but I think we have the edge on them except for the fact that they tend to bat more aggressively early on.

A special mention for Shoaib who many here wrote off after the WC but I'm glad I stuck with him because class is class at the end of the day. So guys, I was right you were all wrong :p

(with the possible exception of saby and Umair who might have supported the Pindi Xpress)

yes you stuck with him alright:k: Its not ‘possible’ exception  I was always of the opinion that he just needs to be handled properly and this managment of Haroon, Rashid and Miandad did exactly that. And this change in attitude, the eagerness to do it for the team rather than for himself is bringing the best out of him on consistent basis :k: In the end its the captains job to how to pump him and motivate him and Rashid specially and then the pair of inzi and youhana are doing a great job by acheiving that.

There will still be bad days when Shoaib will be thrashed all over tha park and peaple will poucne on oppurtuinity to malign him But those days will be far and few as compared to previuos occassions.
