Sarfraz being new captain must have followed most of the instructions given by gora sahb. Else I cannot see him avoiding hafeez while using him regularly against wi in all odis. He is very effective against lh. Junaid must have been in team. All these decisions by Mic. I read some where that in previous ct. The teams coached by Mic knock out in first round.

And now my turn: I guarantee you that Pak would have lost today either way no matter whom you make captain.

Reason: This is ridiculously bad team. An aweful selection. This batting lineup cant even stay 50 overs complete, forget a win over India. I mean, comeon.

Damn right about that. This team is not a new age cricket team. They cant score fast. Azhar Ali dropped for West Indies and back after 1 series loss. Why? Shahzad, Hafeez… Imad Wasim opening bowling…and bowled 5 overs of his spell…what the heck…no thinking man. Just brainless actions.

No i dont think any other lesser target woyld have helped Pakistan…their fate was sealed 1) they chose these team of certified failures
2) waleed started the thread…

But still what was he thinking by fielding 1st?

Had we batted 1st, we may have scored some 200+ and if lucky something in range of 250…and India woyld have chased it in 46 overs…guess what less embarrising…
