Relax yaar, kabhee kai din baray tho kabhee ki rathain....no biggee yaar, we still have Rzia and Kmal batting, who knows they take the score to 200+ and things may turn in Pakistan's favor...this is cricket, anything is possible...thats why I love this "game"....emphasis on game.....

I agree that we should've these kind of pitches from beginning, but PCB and captains have been very conservative about it. Our batsmen fail on a seaming pitch so they want to cut this out of factor which can possibly cause loss of a match. They think our bowlers are 'mahaan' and they can get results on all sorts of pitches, sometimes you can but not all the times.

It was exciting and magical stuff the 1st few overs but now these 2 are settled in and Pak fans can take heart that a decent score is in the cards. The great players always play great under pressure and I will fully expect SHoab to shine with the ball, if not with the bat also.
As to getting Pak out - I'd like to enjoy a good match where there is some fight and so I'd hope Pak gets out around 200 and India puts on a good disciplined plan of action.
I don't really understand letting the pressure of by bringing in Ganguly to bowl before lunch in day 1. This is not a one day match and there is no such thing as bowling out 10 overs. What was the big idea?

Exactly. The key was to survive the tricky first hour and we couldnt do that. Now pitch will ease out by every minute. Not like the first two tests but it will be quite a batting strip in coming days.
Dont keep your hopes up. Indians will still be able to post a good total.

Haha. Let me remind you of a little tour indian batsmen took to Newzealand in 2003. Indians hardly passed hundred in a test match there.

The pitch still has a lot for the 'quality' bowlers. It hasn't flattened yet. I'm surprised Pakistan is only playing with 2 fast bowlers. That's just dumb. You ask for a green wicket and don't play Rana and/or Sami?

Truly lovely to hear Pathan's mother thanking Allah for Irfan's success. She mentioned that she witnessed her son's hat-trick live, and was just ecstatic. She was also in complete hijab as well. :)

pak will get practice to play on bouncy wickets,they shud prepare this type of pitch 4 ODIs as well.low scoring ODIs r better n more fun to watch
